  • Give Them Back!!

  • The companies that burn the brokers by not paying or taking months to do so, look for other victims.  Check out the company on google or BBB locally before accepting work from them.

  • LOOK UP IAS IN DENVER BBB AND ALSO CO ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.  I've done BPOs for them for over 6 years and they are one of the worst companies out there.  They owe me for over 120 days and I haven't received one BPO since November because I had to gripe and beg for my fees.  They say they're not doing them much, but now I see that's not the case.  They have an F rating from the Denver BBB for non payment.  I have not received one answer or check from them since I reported them, figuring they'll drag it out more.  I have pages of saved emails from them stalling, and lying about when they will send my payment.  Other brokers in my Springfield, MO MLS have stopped doing them and refuse any new ones from them because of this very reason.  Don't be sucked in by numerous requests because it just ends up adding to the total they owe you and after completing good work for them in a timely manner, they aren't paying in a timely manner.  I think the banks that offer these to them should know they aren't paying the very people actually giving th valuations.  BEWARE OF IAS.  They have a 3 star rating on this site which I have asked to be changed to no stars or down to 1.  It is confusing to see 3 stars, but just google IAS non payment and your eyes will be opened wide.  Good luck.

  • So whats the story with them now........I did @ 30 bpo over 90days and no pay.

is any one having same problem?

    • Gerry can you see my other replies...  If not I'll reply again. Many of my fellow brokers in the Springfield, MO MLS do not do them for IAS because they either don't pay or you have to beg for it.  Do yourself a favor and file a complaint with the Denver BBB and the CO Attorney General's Office.

  • I have also been hammered lately for IAS. I completed 2 dozen for them last week. They are one of the outsourcers for Chase and also just received BofA who are both releasing large volume recently.
    • Oh Carin, I hope you get paid, read my reply.  This company is the biggest users of our real estate profession for their gain and our loss.  I haven't received one BPO since November and been doing them for 6 years and the past two years, I have to beg everytime for my payments.  They still owe me and nothing for over 120 days, so my other reply tells of me turning them over to the BBB of Denver where they have an F Rating.  Don't do BPOs for companies before checking out their status on google or BBB in their area.  Rude awakenings.

    • Where are you located? I used to get dumped on, especially at the end of the month. I haven't been as lucky lately, ever since the moratorium in CA. They tell me they have slowed down for CA. Any feedback?
  • Any one getting orders for so cal from ias?
