Our time savings are significant using BPO Automation Group's software. We do a large number of BPO's, so the software has already paid for itself many times over, as well as creating some tremendous efficiencies. We have also had custom macros developed as well.
I dont believe there is... I've asked that question several times... always a "no" for equator... something about how the equator bpos are set up....
