This is an article that I authored, with regards to the upwards trend of REO closings in the month of January historically since 2007. Of course, this is in regards to our local area here and is only for Hillsborough County (Tampa, FL). Pretty alarming at the increase this year from last, but OVERWHELMING from 2007 to now!

After doing this research, I think I'm going to try and do it every month, to see if that trend remains the same for our area here. Hopefully our doing Foreclosure Tours here will help sell off some of this inventory, too!
