you would need to call Brian Kuzdas @ 708-774-7470. The only cost is $375 for training and E&O. You can take an area as the sole agent with no competition from other agents. I believe that it will be huge or nothing at all. I'm taking the chance. My brokers license allows me to keep my own company while joining others.

Tell Brian that Gary Gottlieb sent you, my area is area 12 in Los Angeles County.
