HUD REO contract for Tennessee

Does anybody know where to moniter the HUD contract to sell REOs in Tennessee. There are currently 3 companies that have the contract now. My understanding is that HUD may be going to one company in the future and Hud also is looking at vendors now. So the contract should be awarded soon and of course this would be a good time to sign up to list HUD homes.

    I would love to know too. I think I read they do the contracting every five years. I could be wrong

    I have heard rumors about this also in other states but I haven't been able to find anything yet on it. What you have been able to find out can you tell if it soon? Thanks!
