Thank you all for the feedback I haven't signed up, just noticed they do not have any realtors from my area

  Thank you I will also will look into it... can not imagine not having REO's in Florida? Kondaur is a slow process but very effective. You spend no money from your pocket and very professional. You should follow them on Linkedin. They have Asset managers there and it is Company that is growing quickly located in California.

Just opened their Oct 28 email...solicit for sign up...read carefully on sign up cost. Will be watching.
