  • Here is my input..as a former asset manager:

    Responsiveness -  Ensuring you are on time with tasks, doing property inspections weekly, following up on repairs, emails, etc..

    Attention to detail - Providing accurate comps, quality information on BPO's, offers, contracts, etc..

    Anticipation - Providing all docs, tasks, bids, contracts, and any items that an Asset Manager will need to do their job. Knowing what they need an providing it before having to be asked for it will go a long way with them.
