I just received an unsolicited email to sign up with HomeTelos. It seems to be a listing agreement for leads on short sales.Has anyone heard of them or done work with them? Can you please share your experience?

I am a member of HomeTelos and so are several other REOPro members however, thier national (and only) trainer is out on medical leave and because of that, they are not conducting required training before you take on a new listing.
I haven't had my first listing yet, because of the situation I outlined above however, I have been told that they should have thier webinar's up and running soon, just how long that is, I don't know.
I can tell you those agent who are working with HomeTelos and have completed the training are doing well. Depending on your market, it's about 2 listings a month.
These are pre-approved Short Sales and everything is automated so, little to not paperwork...which is great!
If you can get on, i would recommend it.
Just one thing, get ready for their Indemnity Clause, it's a BEOTCH. So unless you have the specific insurance to cover them, which I can recommend a great company I use, I would stir clear and have an Attorney look over thier agreement for you. Let's just say, the agent takes on all liability of both yourself and them, regardeless of who is at fault and regardeless if it was an accident or even intentual. Needless to say, my insurance coverage spiked because of that clause and in fact, I had to search for 2 months because normal insurance companies will not cover that clause.

I've talked to Jon (very nice guy!) and he told me about them. I'm searching for insurance companies now for that same issue with the liability clause. May atke me a while to get the insurance thing going, but hopefully the webinar is up and running that time.
