Has anyone heard of True Horizon? If so, are they legit asset managment co out of NM?

They are asking me for the $500 fee as well. I am hearing the same story for a property in Baltimore. If legit, im good with it, just dont wanna be out $500 for nothing.

I did a BPO for them a couple of weeks ago. They said the home was going into foreclosure and I was getting the listing. I did the BPO, and the asset manager said he’s handed it to the lender. I had to pay 500.00 for a technology fee though. Said they have to evict this owner and then I could list it.
