I joined about a year back and his information seemed to be up to date. I am not sure if it has been updated lately. I think that he is legit, just make sure that you cancel shortly after the trial period so that you don't get into the monthly fees. At that point it isn't worth it anymore - it gets to be very repetitive and not worth the money.
