ULTD LLC is professional company organised and existing under the Laws of the State of Texas. Currently, it is offering Real Estate research and other services Providing Compliant Real Estate Consulting Solutions throughout U.S. Our main focus will be providing "Broker Price Opinions" for Financial Institutions on a nationwide basis.

This is an excellent full or part-time opportunity for realtors, field inspectors, appraisers, and other qualified individuals.

In summary, we would like to add qualified amateur photographers to our team as vendors / picture takers. ULTD LLC can provide monthly requests for assignments on a consistent basis, If you are interested, please respond this email, and include a short Bio or Resume to further introduce. We will respond and send to you an Independent Contract Agreement. Once signed and returned with a W-9 we can then provide you with assignments and orders. Payments will be provided upon receipt of payment for the completed orders.

The requirements for each order is as follows:

We will need the following (7) pictures of each individual property:

• 1 of the street sign
• 1 of the address on mailbox or house if available
• 1 of the front of the house
• 1 each of each side of house (2 photos)
• 1 each looking each way up and down street (street view - 2 photos)

 Compensation and total reimbursement will be $10 - $15 per assignment and order...
