I like them very much as they are very loyal and took me more then 5 years to be considered.

It is not something what could happen overnight unless

they are looking for agents in certain areas and don't have anyone registered.

I think that is what happened to me.

They seem to focus on maximum of two agents per area and zip and In your area they already have somebody.

  Yes I see that they have two agents but that is not my zip code and they are not in my city. Hopefully, they will still consider me.

    I don't understand why some agents think that Green Capital will only consider two agents because they are the closest to my zip code.     All I can say is I will still give it a try and maybe a few more tries after that lol. The REO industry is big enough for my services to be added too.
