Okay, I know this has been asked before....I am new to the group and I need to know how to get started in the REO marketplace. Please give me the "quick and dirty." I am ready and will follow directions. Feel free to list steps: 1, 2, 3, etc.Given that you have to secure properties, how much money should I anticipate floating prior to being reimbursed?Do I need a team of agents to make this work or can I do it with a part time assistant?Thanks.Lisa Thompson
