  • I used to use auto-fill software that fills out the form.  The company is called BPO Automation.  Basically, I would upload the listings and sales into the software directly from my MLS.  The software would then read the data and place it in the report as my selected comparables.  I'm not sure of the current quality of the product now because I don't use it anymore now that I have a team, but, it was good when I used it.  www.reoeducation.com also provides some good tips on completing BPOs quickly as well.  Also an excel template called the CALC sheet is provided in order to keep track of comparables and perform calculations to ensure that properties selected are comparable as regards to gross living area, age, number of bedrooms, etc.  REO Education also trains you on how to build your team (I work about half as much as I used to).  I complete up to 12 BPOs per day.  I could do more if I scaled my team up, but, I'm not greedy.  I also enjoy spending time with my wife and sons.  What good is your money if you can't spend time with your loved ones.  They are the reason why I work so hard.  I believe that REO Education is offering a 7 day free trial currently with no credit card or purchase required.  You just set up a user name and password and you're in!

  • Why would you need a template?   All of my BPO clients have their own websites with an online form.  Most of my clients without an online form send me the form they want me to use.
