Freddie Mac

Freddie Mac finally got rid of a listing agent they were using in my area, who was based over an hour away.  I had hope I might get my foot in the door.  But no, I see a new agent popping up who sells about half the volume I do, has a net branch (as in not a real office), does zero marketing, barely puts one photo on MLS and just all around does a really bad job!  I want to scream!  Anyone have any words of wisdom?

  • Makes no sense.  I see the same thing in our market.  The brokers getting the business do no advertising at all for their REO assets and the business just keeps coming.  The funny thing is these are agents who a couple of years ago would openly make fun of those of us handling REO with comments like "no way I'd even go into one of those."  My have times changed.  I'm still waiting for my Freddie opportunity to.
