Foreclosing listing site (other than Legal News)

Does anyone have a good free website they use to track bank foreclosure listings? I am thinking of reaching out to them and see if I can see if they have any equity and help them list thier house and avoid foreclosue

Of you are a REALTOR then your RPR subscription (member benefit included with NAR dues) pre-foreclosure search will list the properties that have a foreclosure action recorded against the property. Under the filter "pre-foreclosure"

I am not sure if this will answer your question or not, but I subscribe (free) to my local title companies NDF or Foreclosure Activity reports for my county. They give a lot of information on who the attorney is (if there is one), filing document #s, address of subject property, name of defaulted party, when it will be auctioned (if known), when purchased, amount in default etc. Each state is different in the information the provide, but I have found local title companies are the best resource of information especially if you want to contact them before they are foreclosed on.
