Is anyone here from Westchester NY? I need someone to take subject photos on my behalf. I can't find someone. Thank you.

My clients insist on NO third party involvement in this. I take my own photos, I do my own reports, and report on the subject condition and surrounding area. They best way to do this is to visit the property yourself. If this is an REO, you best do the photos yourself.

Not me but per most instructions and company agreements, you are supposed to take your own 📸 photos. I suppose if it's for extenuating circumstances, you could get permission for someone else to do them.

I suggest you try the old fashion way, do all your own work. I did this for many years.
