has anyone else had trouble with BOA? I submitted a full package over 3 months ago and still do not have a negotiator after they keep telling me they will get me one, then they send an escalation and say 24 hours. That has been done over 10 times and the original 5-7 days to get one, has been over 30! The buyer is about to walk and they said if she does, I have to start all over. So another 4 or 5 months plus the time after the negotiator is assigned??????? Any help frm the group would be appreciated!

have the owners call in to the ss dept.---requesting a supervisor till they get one!!!...... sometimes that sparks a fire----- advise them to rant about their hardship, hafa.... rights.... etc.... that has worked for me in the past.....Hope this helps!!
