Does anyone know who does their Bank owned properties? There is one listing that my client is very interested and I cannot show because the listing agent and office is no way to find it.

I'd like to get hold of someone so I can send the offer.

Any help will be greatly appreciate it!

    You can look on your public records and find out which bank is on the note, but that might not be the lending institution, investor or outsourcing company who is handling the sale of the property. If your public records show Fannie Mae as the owner, then you should find the Fannie Mae listing agents in this forum that work in your area, and I am sure someone will give you a hand.
