I had only 1 listing with EP about 2 years ago. Very easy to work with. I would take their listings in dozen. Lately, they are sending BPO in areas I'm not working. I did one interior about month ago but it was for refi.

EP is both BPO's and Listings.
REOVM is, basically, a networking site like REONetwork.
Here is what REOVM has to say about themselves:
"REO Vendor Manager is a full service compliance outsourcing tool for lenders, asset management companies & servicers. Our job is to increase the visibility of your information to multiple lenders, asset management companies and servicers. We help you stand out amongst the other REO and BPO agents by being a step ahead so when our clients are looking for a qualified REO or BPO agent in your area you become the obvious choice for the listing or BPO. We do not manage any listings; we only help you increase your REO listing & BPO opportunities. When a client chooses you for their REO Listing or BPO, you will deal with the client directly."
