  • The irony is, most companies are lowering their fees but I have been able to ask for more money than ever because my area is under served by agents who do BPOs.  If agents stick to their guns and don't sell out too cheap, these companies will be forced to pay what we are worth.  I agree with Patti, my time, gas and effort is worth more than minimum wage.  I think clients get a pretty good service from BPO agents for the money.  It is a valuable insight into the condition, value and neighborhood of their asset, which they would not otherwise have.
