Does anyone have info about Duetsche bank assets being bought out by Ocwen?
USRES managed Duetsche bank assets, but I'm wondering if anyone has the scoop on if those assets will be moved from USRES to Ocwen.
I have listings with USRES that were owned by Duetsche and it's taking forever to get responses to offers now that they are owned by Ocwen, when it used to take 24 to 48 hours. I'm hoping it doesn't turn into a fiasco like the HLS buyout by Bank of America.
