Is Altisource and /or Ocwen still requesting BPO's and providing auction Listings? I haven't seen much chatter lately regarding them.
Things have really changed in the past 2-3 years.

My Altisource BPO business has been zero in the last month or so. I've received maybe 3 or 4 orders but did not accept them. Today, my login said I've been blocked due to too many tries. I have to call to get it handled.
I got a BPO from AVM recently on an address that I did repeat Altisource BPOs on over the years and about 6 months ago. Could be an indicator of a change. I didn't look into who the lender might be.
I'm still getting HUBZU listings. Just closed a vacant lot sale that went very smoothly. The rest of them haven't sold and were withdrawn. I have one duplex listing that I tried not to accept because it has so much trash that I couldn't safely inspect the whole property. They decided to list but not allow showings. There is now an offer on it. Weird.
