    I spoke with my Citi asset manager yesterday and he said their will be a rise in Citi properties at the end of january.

    I have received several Citi assets through NDS using REOTrans, too. I think Single Source is just a BPO mill, but I could be wrong.

    Citi is not taking applications for the foreseeable future as they currently have more preferred agents than inventory.

      Carlos do you have any advice on where to start my search on behalf of client looking to purchase Distressed Notes backed by Commercial Real Estate? I have a list of 450 Regional Banks. Are there banks that participate in, or are more active than others in, the Commercial Note sale market? Sorry if this is the wrong area to ask this type of question.

        They have asset managers who work for Citi Mortage. They were outsourcing through a few companies but they are not doing so at this time because of low inventory.
