Spend the bucks and get Quickbooks. You can integrate it with your online banking or download your online statements into it. There is also online services if you want to pay for it monthly. It is updated frequently and most Accountants use it. The Accountant can go directly into your computer and download all the data they need for your taxes. Worth the money in the long run.
