  • Well Dave,I guess you will never know if any of us got an email from this "phantom" company you speak of.  WHAT THE DEVIL IS THE COPANY NAME???

  • This is from a Realtor in Washington that has gone to several conventions and compiled names and contact info of asset management co's. There is a charge of $100 +/- for this list plus you get material for marketing. It's called REO Rainmaker. I have not ordered or purchased any of his software or packages. I think it's for agents that have not been in the REO phase of the business and want to get started.  It may be worth the money, or it may not be.  Look up REO Rainmaker on the net.

  • I have been getting the same thing.  not sure if its a scam.  if they want money..........its a scam.

We were B Of A listing agents, but they switched to large asset management companies for last 2 years.

    • WHO IS THE E MAIL FROM????

  • As Cece Asked - who is they? The outsourcing company that sent you the email?

  • What I wonder is why do agents continually ask about paying for REO listings. This question ha been answered dozens or 100s of times.

The FREE webcasst will not be FREE.

    •  agree, Marvin....STOP ASKING THE SAME QUESTION THE ANSWER IS THE SAME.  ......DO NOT PAY FOR REO OR BPO BUSINESS....

  • Just another sales pitch, I do not pay to get REO's, a lot of people trying to get your money and never deliver one assignment

  • who is they?
