I just filled a complaint with the Attorney General in Florida due to non payment since May of last year. I certainly believe we should file complaints against this company, who is retaining our fees and lie to us about our payments. Shame.

Don't think this company is part of BBB. Don't think they can enforce any payments.
They don't have to be member to file BBB. It will show in their rating when others go to the BBB to file on them. If they ever decide to become a member, this will be apart of their history.
