Has anyone done business with or know of a school "Tim & Julie Harris - Real Estate Coaching"
They offer classes via the internet on BPOs and REO Designations that are supposed to get you into Asset Managers et al, to put you in better positions.
- The cost is $100 a month where you can take all the lessons you want at self pace.
- Stop the program at any time. This is on a month-to-month basis
- Take the tests for the Designations as many times as you need with no additional costs.
RSD for REO Specialist Designation and
CBS for Certified BPO Specialist
There are other designations, but these are what caught my attention.
I allready have the BPOR Designation from NAR®. I thought they were 'top dog'.
Any experience from my colleagues would be appreciated
