BPO ORDERS WITH NO LINK

Can anyone think of a reason that a BPO company sends orders without a link to click on?

It's mainly MarktoMarket which apparently doesn't care if someone uses an auto-accept program because the time stamps on the 'cancellation' comes seconds after the order.  I think that Mainstreet/BPOFulfillment does it also.

Are they testing us to see who has their web address saved or what?

  • MarktoMarket doesn't send a link in their emails. But all you have to do is to go to their website to accept. Sounds like your market area has plenty of agents to accept their orders. Happens to me too.

  • Spam Filters have been very aggressive with 'links' in the body of the content.  This results in the intended email ending up in the Junk Folder or worse yet never delivered.  True it is aggravating!
