I've done a couple for them. They pay really low, I think they offer $35 for an exterior and $45 for an interior. I don't do interiors anymore period, too much trouble with access and so forth. On the exteriors I just delete their emails and if they cannot find someone who'll accept the low fee they'll email me asking me what my fees is and I counter at $65 and sometimes they say yes, other times I don't hear from them so I assume someone else did it for less.
As far as payment the first took 38 days to get the check. The second was just a couple weeks ago so I expect it by the end of the month.
Be aware that they, like most companies these days, will negotiate fees.
When I get new companies like this I just bite the bullet and do a few orders. I then decline any new orders until I get paid and see how long it takes. If they call and ask why I decline I tell them the truth...I have been burned by many companies who do not pay so I need to "test" you first. They understand...and if they don't then I remove myself from there system.
You will get "our terms of service say you will be paid month, bi weekly" or whatever but we all know those are not worth anything but words.
