Mary, Yes that is one of their stall tactics asking for your W9 each time you inquire. If they take more than 3 months they are a poor business Partner; in this case it's been more than a year with no payment. I guarantee they hope you forget they owe you.
We have done several commercial BPO's for Network Mortgage Servicing and have always ben paid. Perhaps a bit slow but they do come through.
That's good. I sent them another email and they asked for my w9 .. so maybe there's hope.
I did 2 for them.. Never did get paid. Watch out for BrokerPriceOpinion.com also known new name "firstvaluation.com"
