If they keep adding "do not use" words to their list, I won't be able to say ANYTHING ! I am working on a BPO and get a warning that I cannot use the words construction, gas, gasoline, established and many others.
There is a town here called Indian Land, SC It will not allow me to do the BPO because the word "Indian" is on the "do not use" list !!! It is the name of the town for God's sakes !
This is getting to be ridiculous!!!! Thanks for letting me vent

I'm interested in knowing the company banning those words. I can usually think of a euphamism such as 'there is wood over the windows' when they won't let me used 'boarded'. On your gas/gasoline problem, I suppose you could say 'oil based products'! 'Established' - 'long existing'. Construction - 'repairs/work in progress'. But if the form has its own mapping, you are probably not going to get this done with Native American, SC....
