Has anyone heard the details of BoA to outsource BPO work to India? I know that many BPO companies outsource their QC activity to India, but how do they plan on outsourcing the actual BPO's? Will this be those that don't require any subject photos or will they allow those in India to use the subject's MLS photo (if available) or Google Street View (if MLS photo not available)?
Is it time to look for another income stream?
