Dear Agent,

Recently we have received multiple reports of a company called Team Lear, or Lear Disposition (reportedly out of CO) that purports to be serving as an outsourcer for Green River Capital (GRC). They ask agents to pay a signup fee in exchange for access to their portal for listings and BPOs assignments, among other services.

Please be advised that Green River Capital is NOT affiliated with Team Lear, Lear Disposition, or any of its principals or related entities. More importantly, Green River Capital does not use any outsourcing companies and does not charge a signup fee. Additions to our database are made by invitation only and are extended by our internal Agent Relations team only.

If you have been contacted by someone at Team Lear (or any other company or individual) representing themselves as an outsourcer for GRC, please let us know by emailing agentrelations@greenrivercap.com.
