CECE, Thanks for your response. I did notice that the SFR website has no activity at all. I had earned the SFR & BPOR certifications back in 2012. Guess, I pick wrong...lol
In my opinion, the short sale designation does not get any recognition. The website doesn't get any activity. There is no best bank for short sales. If the lender authorizes the pricing, they have essentially preapproved the short sale. But if their pricing is off, forget about it.
