  • I bought and have been using BPO Automation Group's auto-acceptor for over a year and a half.  It generally works well but lately it is not capturing very many orders.  I'm shopping for something new but the first one I investigated leaves me very little direct control of starting and stopping it.  I would have to email John/bpograbbers.  No thanks even though the charge is only $1 per order.

  • lol....very good !!

    • BTW...I tried to use your software and I loved it!!  But there were so few I could use it on and not get kicked out that I could not continue.  I am tired of the guys from India getting on this forum and spamming us.  He just messaged me and asked me if I didn't know current technology?  I am even more confused.  Best to you Angel....sell a lot, but just not in my area??  Let them struggle here, so I can get more work!

  • Angel just clearly stated he is an auto accept. Helping tools?  What the hell is a "helping tool"?  Is that an over-educated person in India?

  • hello nick!

the one thing you have to do first before spending your hard earned money on any auto accept program is see if the companies that you are working with on a steady basis will allow auto accept programs. there are many of the top companies out there that will not allow and frown on these type of order catcher systems in place.  i personally have had to disconnect several times the system to specific asset mgmt/order assign companies due to notice or breach of contract.  i used to be associated with a company that is one of the leaders and although they are very good i am no longer with them as the leaders in the bpo industry frown on this system.  i still use my system but with the companies that do not have a policy against use.  your best bet is to check with the company you do bpo's with now and see what the agreement says and or read the fine print of the applications for any new company and then weigh your options!!

    good luck.......

    • If the system only works on some of the companies, then I have to wonder why anyone bothers at all.  You still end up having to watch your email like a hawk for those which disallow auto accept, you have to spend money for it, AND you risk having orders accepted that you would have rather not had.  I had a better option.  I worked my way up and got on the auto assign list of the really good companies....

  • Many companies will fire you for using auto acceptor.
    • Thanks, I will look into it

  • where are you doing bpo's and reo listings?
    •  We are active in North East of the Los Angeles County.
