Attracting Asset Managers

Okay, so I left my old company and started my own..... I need a few more reo's ....does anyone have a suggestion on what to send to an asset manager to get their attention?? I dont want to bombard anyone, but I do need a few more accounts?A resume??... A nice email???...Candy??? Something other than an email......... any ideas???Thanks all!!!Rose

    I will..... I was reading his last post, and I realized it had to be a common question!!!!... will do !!! Thanks!!! Ps, I signed up w/ realty pilot today...... am excited because its simple..... but, hopefully.... will provide some reos/bpos!!!!! Florida should still be busy----- their were 5200 more pre-foreclosures in Broward again in November!!!

    You really should check out the very Ask the AM Archive. Ned, our resident AM wrote on this very topic and had some really good ideas.
