What a bunch of idiots! So I have a $40,000 property in my inventory with an HOA on it that I have had under contract with 3 different cash buyers over the past 12 months and the first two walked because VRM/VA dragged their feet. Now the latest buyers go to a congressional panel to complain about how the VA does business and VRM is now being investigated. The asset manager just called me and said if we don't close this deal by Friday it will put VRM in a compromising position with their client so he asked me to go pay the $3600.00 and get reimbursed. I told him thanks but no thanks......
