They want to take peoples money for 2-3 wks before seller Case makes a dissension on an offer, then if Chase said no to offer it takes another 2-3 weeks to get there money back, whats with this??? do they not trust Brokers with the earnest money. Also ties buyer funds up for a long period to purchase another home.
They also want buyer or Realtor to send all original doc to them via Fedex at buyers expense, I would think that since Hudson & Marshall are adding 5 % as a premium on sales price they could at least send a self address label to put on package.
I have told where to take there auctions as I will NOT EVER do one again and will suggest to buyers to stay clear of this kind of business practices.
