Has anyone had experience with SAM reo department? Several months ago I was contacted regarding a property in my area and was told that I was the Alternate Listing Agent (in case they reassigned) for the property. I completed a 2nd Opinion BPO, submitted timely, and got paid for it. This week the property was reassigned, but not to me?? What's up with that?? Anyone know??
