Has anyone changed brokerages and lost their incoming assignments from this bank. I have worked with them for a couple of years now and just changed brokerages and it has been six months and I have only received 2 listings when I was getting 6 a month. This was my favorite client and from my understanding the change in brokerage wipes out your score card but I should have received a new one already since its been 6 months. Is it appropriate to solicit contacts from the assignment team? Anyone with experience on this please let me know. this was my favorite client.

Do you know how to get signed up with these companies? I currently list in Indiana went to AHMSI website but didn't see a broker sign up. Please let me know. Feel free to email me directly as well at ccd2003@yahoo.com Thanks!
Hi Andrea - I am also a listing agent for this company and I changed offices at the first of the year.
I have received several assignments since my move, but nothing like last year. I think it has more to do with the Foreclosures not completing the foreclosure process. This has also been expressed by other asset managers from other companies. When I look on our MLS all REO agents inventory is down.
This is also my favorite client and I hope they are able to release more assets soon.
You did contact them about your change of office information and sign a new MSLA, correct?
