    • Welcome to the "FAKE" BPO
    • I received 1 bpo last week. Does not look promising. Have been signed up since Dec.I did ask for my money back but instead they said 1 year. I guess this 1 bpo will knock that refund down the drain. When I turned the bpo in they emailed me back and said keep checking their web site for updates and any new assignments. This is one thing I hate. Remembering to check web sites. My good companies email me when there is an assignment . Yep it's my fault too but you can bet I will never hand over any more money to any company promising reo's or bpo's.
  • Tron, I am glad that you are totally satisfy with AREO Solutions I don't know why you are so sure that is a legitimate company you don't know if they will send more business your way, good for you if you are happy with that. I have not seen so many agents talk and be frustrated about any other Asset Manager but this one. I call AREO Solutions many times and I have not got any response. I want my money back and Stephen is not calling me back.
    • Sounds like a class action law suit. Somebody needs to make a call to the District Attorney's office.
      • I've got my money back, Why cant you all ask for it. If they refunded me, I'm sure you all will get them back.
    • Jesus have you looked into this matter? It is obvious that there is something going on here. I have asked you on another post to look into this matter, but you have yet to reply. Please fill us in on what you are doing to try to get to the bottom of this.

      Thanks

.........."I think as the creator of REOPRO Jesus has a duty to look into ARS and do his best to protect members of REOPRO. Until Stephen can come on with Jesus and make some efforts to clear things up then I feel Jesus should at least keep Stephen from trying to recruit members from his sight to sign up with his Company. I am tried of seeing false promises made to starving/desperate agents who are looking to break into the REO world or increase their business. I know in the end it is up to each one of us to decide what type of risk we would like to take, but still there needs to be some safety guards set into place so this type of abuse from similar companies will stop. I suggest Jesus have someone from the newly formed committe at REOPRO look into this matter."

      • Since there are SO many negatives stated in this blog about them, why are agents still wondering what to do with their money? We need to find great companies that can use great agents like us and then pass the word on to our REO pro family.
      • I think that is a great idea! Were being thrown to the wolf's.
        • Garret,

We're not being thrown to the wolf's. Yes, are all mature adults. We are Professionals! Let's start being Professional and mature adults. You have a choice! Whatever you decide...it's your decision. If you paid the $295 to ABSREO, no one forced to pay the $295 and no one took away your Choice. You made a decision. We make decisions every day, whether good or bad its up to you.
          • Yes, but fraud is fraud. Save this link and in 1 year read it again. no body is going to get their money back!!! They are selling goods that don't exsist. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! We Professional Realtors have a duty to our fellow Realtors also.
