Its a bit slow - not getting many REO listings at all, BofA used to give me 25-30 assignments at any given time a couple years ago, now I am down to 3! I am filling in with some short sales and other normal sales, and I always have my investors..
Looking to get back to some advertising, what is everyones' experience with sites like Homegain, or other sites? Any luck? Is it worth it? I used them years ago and got some business here and there.. Any other sites work well for people?

I like Homegain. Have used them since 2002 and get way more than my fees for ROI. You have to answer the request individually for it to work.
