I received an email through REOPRO from BPO Automation about a system for Matt Martin orders. It said that Martin is blasting BPO and REO assignments? I've never heard of Matt Martin. Does anyone have any information about this?
American Home Mortgage, 1% fee to BUYER in a short sale
Not only did they come back with an absurd counter offer, after three months of us being ignored, but then they demand a 1% admin fee to the buyer. Absurd! Who manages their REO listings....cuz I think I will just go after it that way instead.
