I pay Referring Agents a 30% Referral Fee. To get Paid the Referral Fee, All Agents/Brokers must have a Current/Active Real Estate License. For Real Estate Salesperson your Referral Fee will be sent to your Real Estate Broker with your name as the referring agent, who will disburse funds to you. I follow up with You, and your Broker to be certain you are paid.
About the Referral: Name/ Address/ Phone/ Email/ Home Buyer, or Seller, and you Personally spoke with them, letting them know that they will receive a call from: Don Alexander, with 1st Prime Realty.
The way I contact the Referral, I mention the Referral's Agents name. Once a Listing, or Buyer Brokers Agreement has been signed you will be notified/ also updated of the progression of the Transaction.
If any Listing are Double ended, the Referring Agent receives the 30% on the Seller's Side.
