Yes I have received listing from them, EP is outsourcing for 3PAM
Danny - is your relationship with your asset manager at EP good enough to ask them if they have any properties in VA. I don't see anything in our market that I can specially identify as theirs but agents often play games trying to protect their listing contacts. tks Bob
I have done BPO's and been paid on time - no listings yet but I would take the listing if offered to me.
