Anyone know if this company assigns REO listings? Received an interior BPO request today and was hoping they assign listings. Not having much luck with GD after 3 years.

I've worked with them for years. Started with Fannie Mae and now doing Chase. They are a top notch company and have frequent trainings. Very responsive to agent needs and really value our input and opinions. True partner in moving the assets.
24 Asset is a great company to work with. Sold 14 REO's with them past year.. Hq in San Diego, with offices in Miami and Atlanta. Strictly Fannie Mae and using the Equator Software platform. Very well organized and ran. Apply on line.
I have done BPO's for goodman dean, IAS & Altisource. I worked with GD for about a year and then I got 3 listings from them....so I would keep doing them for them. They are a good company to work with.
As far IAS, I just quit doing business with them. Besides the fact it takes me over 3 hours to complete their BPO's, they take more than 60 days (or longer) to pay you after the work is completed. They explained to me that the only agents getting listings are the ones doing 60+ BPO's per month. Not worth the time or effort to beg for a listing "occasionally" and be severely underpaid. Altisource is going with their own agents in many areas and not giving out listings.
For those agents doing BPO's for under $40 & under.......why? These companies are using our expertise in the area and dangle a carrot with "potential" listings that never materialize.
I wish I received the listing for this BPO property. Unfortunately I'm the 2nd interior BPO and it is already in pre-listing with another agent. :( Maybe next one...

I've recently been accepted as a new vendor for them but have not received any assignments yet.
