We worked hard in early 2010 to put together the Certified Short Sale Guide (CSSG) training designation for Realtors. For various reasons, we never developed it to push it to become mainstream. It would be a shame to let all this awesome information go to waste. You will find that this short sale training course provides a great deal of information that you will still not find in ANY other course, and is an outstanding tool to help new agents get familiarized with the short sale process and gain the tools and confidence needed to successfully navigate them. Even veterans will LOVE all of the material about getting more listings, provided by agents who have closed thousands of short sales.
