In the Los Angeles area, it is very difficult to get your offer to go through acceptance in REO transaction and that is simply because many REO listing agents (NOT ALL) are trying to make double commission and they are playing around with your offer, making you think that your offer is "not good enough" for Asset Managers, in other words, THEY ARE, the Listings Agents who are decision makers for REO market...!!!
