www.CDPE.com WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had not planned on attending the www.CDPE.com event. My wife works and couldn't go to the workshop. I decided a couple of days ago to buy the online course. It is by far the best $500 I have ever spent in 16 years of being in Real Estate and Lending. If you are interested you can put in the code for a discount - DISC100. It is normally $600. I do not work for this company and I do not receive any compensation for posting this. They ROCK!!! Imagine someone coming to you and saying for $500 we will give you everything you need to grow your business and give you an education to help you be successful. It is awesome!

  • I just took the 2 days course and it was very very interesting. I agree with Chris, this is the best $599 I have ever spent.
  • Thanks Cindy!
  • Chris - I just passed my CDPE exam and was blown away by this course - having been a former Loss Mit Negotiator, I thought I knew everything about short sales but I picked up some valuable tips from this course - word is out that BoA, Fannie & Freddie are going to start using agents with this designation to handle their short sale listings after the first of the year!
  • Thank you for all your comments!!
  • Chris, thanks for the info. I've been on the fence about another designation, but will check it out.
  • Hi Chris,

I agree with your assessment. I did the 2-day in-class course, about a year ago. The training and systems provided are awesome. For those positioning for "pre-approved short sales" there is no better training and certification, anywhere else. Just do it!
  • Feeling is the same. I thought I knew short sales, so much more can be learned from them. I love the tools they have and have used them already.
  • Good to know. Some asset management companies are inquiring about this designation as they will start to also handle the approved short sales.
